The hotel room was such a beautiful space: very clean, very spacious, very new, making it hard to leave. However, it wasn't set up for our son even though they were informed hours before, causing a bit of inconvenience. The service went above and beyond, providing excellent customer support, although there was one instance of rudeness. The location was perfect for visiting Santa's Village and other attractions, but perhaps a bit too close to the commercial area. The dining experience was really good, with a mix of warm and cordial staff, but there were a few misses. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor hiccups.

Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The rooms were absolutely amazing; very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. They were so big and comfortable that you almost didn't want to leave. The design was stunning with beautiful touches, and the highlight was the spacious layout with two bathrooms spread over two floors, a cozy living room that could double as an extra sleeping space, a private sauna, and a super comfy bed in the upstairs bedroom.

My stay at the hotel was just wonderful! The rooms were so big and comfortable that it was hard to leave, especially with the private sauna.
